How a custom request moves forward

The same customer-safe journey is used from the first request through the private order-status page. Nothing becomes an automatic order or public post.

1. 1. RequestYou send the idea, timing, budget, and optional private reference images.
2. 2. Review & proofWe review fit, materials, references, and anything that needs clarification.
3. 3. QuoteA reviewed private quote is prepared before payment or making.
4. 4. MakingAccepted work moves through planning, making, curing/finishing, and quality review.
5. 5. Pickup / shippingWe use the reviewed local pickup or Canada-only shipping plan. U.S. sales/shipping remain suspended.
6. 6. CompleteThe private status page closes the customer journey; any review/photo permission remains a separate explicit choice.

Custom request form

This does not create an automatic order. It sends the idea to our admin review queue so we can decide whether it should become a quote, product draft, or follow-up conversation.

Real candle & soap examples

These blocks appear only when an existing public product has approved photography and actual candle/soap facts. Missing facts stay missing rather than being turned into marketing claims.

Consent-cleared customer proof

Only reviews or proof notes already approved for public use and privacy-cleared can appear here. Private requests, internal notes, and unapproved photos remain private.

Good details to include

• What the item is for: gift, memorial, event, display, daily use, or experiment.
• Size, colour, wording, finish, and any material limits.
• Whether you need local pickup in Southern Ontario or Canada shipping.
• Photos or links that show the style, not private photos unless you are comfortable sharing them for review.
