Authenticated Development Runtime Acceptance
Run safe authenticated GET checks against the exact Development application. Core acceptance never performs provider execution, publication, D1 writes or R2 writes.

CAIP private-media range / seek proof
Separate, explicit acceptance action. It creates one short-lived administrator-bound review grant, performs a bounded bytes=0-1023 read, then loads metadata/seek capability without autoplay. The source object is never copied or overwritten.

Boundaries
- Target is the current same-origin authenticated Development application only.
- Core acceptance is GET-only.
- CAIP proof creates only a temporary secure-review grant; it does not mutate source media.
- Stripe/PayPal/provider transaction acceptance is not performed here.
- Social/marketplace publication is not performed here.
- Separate live Production remains outside this workspace.
